Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (KOLEKCIJA, Email: hello@kolekcija-studio.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., email).

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Please note that returns cannot be accepted without prior contact, as not all items can be sent back to our business address. We will provide the return address by email after receiving your withdrawal notice.

Condition of Goods / Compensation for Loss of Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss is the result of handling the goods beyond what is necessary to inspect their condition, properties, and functioning.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the delivery of goods not prefabricated and for which a personal selection or specification by the consumeris decisive or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s individual needs,
  • for the delivery of vouchers.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or incorrect, so that we can resolve the issue quickly.
