Sculptural Ceramic Candlestick by Fabio Mola, Italian Studio Pottery

This exceptional ceramic candlestick by Italian ceramic artist Fabio Mola of Cagliari combines sculptural form with a vibrant, organically flowing glaze. Its elegant vertical silhouette, relief spiral motifs, and shimmering lustre accents create a striking presence reminiscent of a sculptural totem.

The rich turquoise glaze, enhanced by soft white transitions and iridescent golden reflections, gives each piece its own unique character. Even without candles, this candlestick stands as a sculptural object, bringing warmth and character to a sideboard, shelf, or dining table.

Produced by Ceramica Fabio Mola in Cagliari, Sardinia, the piece retains its original manufacturer's label on the reverse, confirming its provenance. Dating probably from the 1970s, the candlestick is crafted from glazed ceramic with iridescent lustre accents. Designed to hold two taper candles, it remains in very good vintage condition with age-related signs of wear, including one small chip, as well as an authentic patina that enhances its character.
